Had a fantastic Thanksgiving experience. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the scenic views from the hotel balcony. The location was perfect, very close to the local market and other tourist attractions. The hotel room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The hotel also offered a complementary shuttle service to the nearby attractions, which was very convenient.
The hotel could improve on the cleanliness of the rooms and provide better maintenance of the facilities. The hotel room lacked the necessary amenities such as a coffee maker and hot water facility.
